This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc5736121603 dated June 9, 2026 with a closing of June 30, 2026 at 2:00 pm EDT. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the as-and when requested supply, delivery and offloading of gravel and sand products to CFB Suffield in Ralston, Alberta, including the Crown Village of Ralston, CFB Suffield (the base) and the CFB Suffield Range. This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected.
