(i) the conditions for the procurement of Photovoltaic Systems under the Framework Agreement and the offering of comprehensive solar photovoltaic energy generation solutions by the Suppliers; (ii) the conditions under which the Purchasing Entities are bound by the Framework Agreement and acquire the energy generation Photovoltaic Systems; and (iii) the conditions for payment of the energy generation Photovoltaic Systems by the Purchasing Entities
