Advance the final disposition of movable assets (vehicles) decommissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its Revolving Fund, through a scheme that contemplates, in the first place, the disposal for consideration through sale by public auction, and, on a residual basis, the destruction or physical disintegration (scrapping) of assets that are not susceptible to disposal, in accordance with the applicable technical decommissioning assessments and current regulations.
