Extension of Guarantees – Agreement with the Gobernación de Nariño

Description

The contractor is obliged to issue the policy for the extension of the guarantees required under Interadministrative Agreement No. GN4101-2024 entered into between the Departamento de Nariño and the Municipio de Pasto, as well as its amendments, for the purpose of covering compliance with the obligations arising from said agreement and ensuring the adequate protection of the public resources committed to its execution.
