Audit the energy uses and consumption of the Colombian Geological Survey (Servicio Geológico Colombiano) facilities located in Bucaramanga, Pasto, Cali, Popayán, Medellín, and Manizales in order to establish a baseline that allows for the formulation of improvement recommendations in energy efficiency and savings opportunities, using as reference the methodology established by the UPME Resolución 016 de 2024, the technical standard NTC-ISO 50002, and other applicable legal requirements in the matter.
