Description

To join efforts between the District Institute of the Arts - IDARTES and a non-profit entity for the joint development of activities related to the mandates and functions of the Institute, particularly for the implementation of the project Bogotá Ciudad Literaria, which seeks to promote reading, writing and orality through the development of literary activities framed within the dimensions of art that involve the active participation of citizens and agents of the
