Contract comprehensive consulting services for the preparation of technical, urban, architectural, structural, installation, and other necessary studies and designs for the comprehensive formulation of six (6) cultural infrastructure facilities, to be implemented on properties located in the localities of Kennedy, Fontibón, Ciudad Bolívar, and Suba, in Bogotá, D.C., as input for the subsequent construction contracting phase.
