Description

This process shall be governed by the procedure referred to in numeral 5 of article 2 of Law 1150 of 2007, as amended by article 30 of Law 2069 of 2020 and articles 2.2.1.2.1.5.1. et seq. of Decree 1082 of 2015, given that the official budget does not exceed 10% of the minimum amount established for the Entity.
