THE CONTRACTOR undertakes with -RTVC- to provide the service of updating, execution of the improvement plan and specialized technical and functional support for the Integrated Library Management System (SIGB) - KOHA, with the purpose of optimizing the operation, availability and user experience in the use of the tool for the cataloguing and management of the Entity's sound and audiovisual material, as established in the Annex - Minimum Technical Requirements.
