Provide surveillance, location, daily review and monitoring of judicial proceedings in which the Departamento Administrativo para la Prosperidad Social (Prosperidad Social) and its attached fund (FIP) are and become parties, pending before judicial offices throughout the national territory; likewise, monitor special criminal complaints filed by Prosperidad Social with the Fiscalía or investigations in which it is a party, for the corresponding actions
