Conduct a specialized consultancy for the comprehensive evaluation of the Bogotá Victims Information System (SIVIC+), for the District Advisory Office for Peace, Victims and Reconciliation (OCDPVR), with the purpose of improving the management of victim services, as well as the coordination and articulation with national and territorial entities that make up the National System for Comprehensive Attention and Reparation to Victims.
