Select one or more insurance companies legally established in the country to operate, authorized by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, with which the insurance contracts will be entered into to cover the risks to which the assets and patrimonial interests of INVIAS are exposed and those for which it is or may become liable in accordance with Ley 80 de 1993, Ley 1150 de 2007, Ley 1474 de 2011 and Decreto 1082 de 2015, by virtue of legal or contractual provision.
