Ireland – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Prior Information Notice for the Establishment of a Panel of Artisan Food Suppliers for ATU

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) and not a call for competition. Atlantic Technological University wishes to establish a Panel of Artisan Food Suppliers for the provision of Artisan Food Supplies to its Culinary Arts School, Dublin Road, Galway. Sustainable food ingredients are a fundamental component of food education and food research for culinary students. ATU culinary graduates must have access to best in practice producers and farmers in areas such as: • Green Procurement • Organic Food Supply • Sustainable food supply chains – Farm to Fork strategy • Seasonality • Access to local farms/producers. The Panel is open for applications for admittance until 29 September 2028 as a minimum, however it will become operational with effect from 30 September 2026. The Panel will be continually open for access. Should the Panel cease to operate, all members will be notified via email. This will not affect the delivery of any contracts awarded under the panel.
