Description

Engineering, procurement, and construction works and services to complete infrastructure assets, including but not limited to the following: • A marine jetty structure suitable to accommodate an FSRU and LNG Carrier, around 300 meters long in the Shannon Estuary at a water depth of approximately 15 - 20 meters • Marine piling • Floating Pontoon • Mooring & Breasting dolphins • Fender • Trestle • HP gas unloading, transfer hoses and connection systems • An on-shore gas receiving facility with a through put of max 121 GWh/d and a maximum operation pressure of 85 barg • Utility systems for WI correction • Metering system • Odourisation system • Venting system • Pipeline and pig traps • A high pressure gas grid connection pipeline 600mm diameter around 900m in length • A connection to the existing natural gas network • Utility connections for power, water and telecom • Integration with the FSRU • Onshore terminal systems • Pre commissioning and commissioning services and • the Management of nominated subcontractor(s) who, will be appointed for the EPC period to ensure the Lot 1 works meet the service output requirements, along with a subsequent period of three years from completion of commissioning to undertake the operation and maintenance services. Operation and maintenance services including but not limited to the following: • Jetty • Trestle • Topside structures, • Pipelines, and • Integration with FSRU and onshore terminal systems that may be required from time to time to facilitate the operation of the SGER. The Lot 2 contractor will be appointed as a nominated subcontractor to the Lot 1 contractor for the duration of the EPC period, to ensure the Lot 1 works meet service output requirements, along with a three-year operation and maintenance period commencing from completion of commissioning. A subsequent operation and maintenance period of up to five years will commence with the Lot 2 contractor following completion of the initial period. This period shall be contracted directly with the Contracting Entity.
