Sub-contract 1: Various wearing steel. Sub-contract 1 includes various wearing steel that is in "Annex 3 Price and Evaluation Form Sub-tender 1 - 2026 Framework agreement for the purchase of wearing steel for road clearing". The estimated annual scope of the sub-contract is NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value for the entire contract period (2 +1 +1) is NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is based on activity levels in recent years and the expected level of activity. The total maximum value of the agreement, including options, is set at NOK 2.2 million excluding VAT, cf. the COURT of justice ́s judgement in case C-23/20. Sub-contract 2: Küper Combi or equivalent. Sub-contract 2 includes Küper Combi or equivalent, see "Annex 3 Price and Evaluation Form Sub-tender 2 - 2026 Framework agreement for the procurement of wearing steel for road clearing" for further information. The estimated annual extent of the sub-contract is NOK 300,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value for the entire contract period (2 +1 +1) is NOK 1.2 million excluding VAT. The estimated value is based on activity levels in recent years and the expected level of activity. The total maximum value of the agreement, including options, is set at NOK 1.3 million excluding VAT, cf. the COURT of justice ́s judgement in case C-23/20.
