Rehabilitation of Electrical Network (Lighting) - Orange River Research Station, St. Mary - Retender 2

Description

The works entail, inter alia, the following 1. Remove existing defective wooden light poles 7.5 m high, 188mm girth and fill resulting post holes. 2. Bushing of banks, trimming and cutting of trees, disposal off-site. 3. The supply and erecting of 30ft Class 6 wooden pole and Schedule 40 Galvanized pole inclusive of dressing wooden poles. 4. Affix 75W LED S/L minor road lighting with photo-electric control to 6ft aluminium streetlight bracket. Spool insulator mounted as required. 5. The supply and installation of 29 # Commercial Grade Solar Light, 5000 Lumens (Minimum) with photocell and motion detection control. 6. The Installation of 100m of #6 Triplex wire No. 4 - 3/0 3 span from the light poles to the designated power source. 7. The transfer of existing network cables to the newly installed utility poles. 8. Affix 20W Duplex Swivel LED flood light with switch control to building. Complete including conduits and electrical wiring. 9. The connection to public service main supply executed by service provider.
