The Operations and Maintenance Department in the Agency for Urban Environment is responsible for planning and implementing winter operations, which is carried out by an operations contractor on behalf of Bergen municipality. There is, thus, a need for a framework agreement for road salt and environmental salt. The current agreement expires in November 2026.

Norway – Test drilling and boring work – Prequalification R01844 - Rock protection and mountain cleaning

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency administers, operates and develops properties, buildings and sites for the Norwegian Defence. This also includes rock installations, tunnels, rock rooms, rock cuttings and landslides. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency access to qualified and experienced tenderers for implementing rock protection measures and clearing rock. The framework agreement includes planned and acute measures within rock protection, including manual and mechanical clearing, securing work in steep terrain, assembly of bolts, the network and other safety measures, as well as the accompanying work. The agreement shall ensure quick mobilisation as needed, especially in events that could jeopardise life, health or damage to material and structures. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency shall achieve predictability in terms of capacity, competence, quality and cost efficient execution of work through the framework agreement. The contract shall facilitate good interaction, compliance with the current laws and regulations, as well as safeguarding health, safety and the environment requirements. The framework agreement will be nationwide. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 (three) years, with an option for an extension for a further 2 (two) times for 2(2) + 2 (three) years. The framework agreement includes, among other things, rock protection planned and acute assignments within: FjellrenskFjellsikring and rock fall protection Tunnel protection and rock reinforcement Inspection and condition assessment Renovation of the existing safety stand-by in connection with landslides and acute events Execution of production basis such as work drawings etc.

Norway – Gravel, sand, crushed stone and aggregates – Parallel framework agreements for the purchase of crushed stone masses

VAV needs different rocks to fill buried ditches when excavating leaks in the pipe network and new pipes at installations. VAV has a continual need for large quantities of crushed rock masses for this work. The agency will therefore enter into parallel framework agreements with several tenderers so that the agency ́s needs are fully covered. VAV will enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 (four) tenderers, depending on how many tenders are received. The agency has an increasing need for crushed rock masses. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 40,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. Norway – Gravel, sand, crushed stone and aggregates – Procurement - Crushed stone, gravel and stone masses (2), 2026

The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer per part. The difference between the parts is only the geographical area that the contract applies to and that sand is only included in Part 1. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for crushed stone, gravel and rock masses in accordance with the requirement specification. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to cover the customer ́s needs at all times, in a satisfactory manner. Tenderers shall always have a sufficient storage level with crushed stone, gravel and rock masses to handle this contract. This means that the tenderer shall not run out of contract products at the tenderer ́s storage/sales place during the contract period. The range of use of the contract products is broad; roads, ditches, re-filling masses etc. There will be information on retrieval when the need arises. The types/fractions that tenders shall be submitted for are stated in the price form.
