The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence ́s need for chemicals for the maintenance and repair of aircraft, including aircrafts and helicopters in peace, stand-by situations, armed conflict, crisis and war. The aircraft shall also be interpreted as including missiles. The framework agreement shall ensure access to products used for maintenance and repairs, in accordance with the requirements of military airworthiness regulation. See part II General Contract Terms, Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form and Product Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 50-75 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The forecast documentation is uncertain due to large product breadth, phasing out/phasing in air systems and a lack of history for new platforms. Furthermore, global development, political guidelines, stand-by and changes in the composition of aircraft at the contracting authority can lead to changes in future consumption. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 95 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement.

Udbuddet vedrører levering af minimum årlig forventet 5.020 m3 marinegasolie og op til maksimalt 6.020 m3 marinegasolie til Ærø, Slagelse, Faaborg-Midtfyn, Frederikssund og Kalundborg Kommuner, jf. de til enhver tid gældende sejlplaner for kommunerne samt leverings-specifikationer i kravspecifikationen. Den udbudte aftale er en rammeaftale i overensstemmelse med reglerne i udbudsloven. Rammeaftalen medfører som udgangspunkt ikke pligt for ordregiver til at aftage en bestemt mængde af de produkter, der er omfattet af aftalen. Den forventede omsætning på rammeaftalen er udregnet på baggrund af tidligere aktiviteter/forbrug og forventede aktivitets-/forbrugsændringer med de forudsætninger, der kendes på udbudstidspunktet. Den forventede omsætning er således ikke bindende for ordregiver. Tilsvarende gælder for mængder angivet i tilbudslisten. Ordregiver kan oplyse, at indkøbene sker med baggrund i infrastrukturelle, kommunalpolitiske beslutninger om sejlads til mindre danske øer. Der kan derfor samlet set ske ændringer i de udbudte mængder, såfremt der fra politisk side besluttes ændringer af ruter, nedlæggelse af ruter og/eller ændringer af færgetyper, ligesom havari eller besluttede særsejladser kan have betydning for de leverede mængder. Den udbudte rammeaftale har en løbetid på 2 år. Rammeaftalen kan forlænges i 2 gange 12 måneder. Den anslåede mængde i hele rammeaftalens varighed, herunder forlængelser, er 20.080 m3 marinegasolie, og den maksimale mængde er 24.080 m3 marinegasolie.

Kemi-Tornionlaakson koulutuskuntayhtymä Lappian sähkönmyyntisopimuksen kilpailutus, jonka tuloksena sovitaan sähkönmyyjän marginaaleista ja sopimusehdoista. Sähköenergia laskutetaan kuukausittain ja sen hinta muodostuu sähkönmyyjän marginaaleista, varttispot-toimituksesta ja hintariskin vähentämiseksi tehtyjen tehopohjaisten hinnankiinnitysten selvityksestä. Lisäksi läpilaskutetaan Fingridin tasepalvelun tuotannon ja kulutuksen volyymimaksu sekä Datahubin käyttöpaikkakohtaiset maksut niiden toimitusjaksolla kulloinkin voimassa olevien hinnastojen mukaisesti.
De overeenkomst bestaat uit het leveren van brandstof en een administratiesysteem inclusief tankpassen ten behoeve van het wagenpark van GR MijnGemeenteDichtbij en de gemeente Boxtel. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal vier jaar en maximaal acht jaar. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 januari 2027.
Betreft de levering van duurzame elektriciteit en gas aan Intrakoop voor de leveringsjaren 2029 t/m 2030 met optiejaren 2031 t/m 2033. De levering omvat ca. 69 GWh elektriciteit / jaar en ca. 19 mln. m3 gas / jaar.
