Optiona tällä osa-alueella on täyssähköiset ambulanssit, sekä 7-7,5 metriä pitkiin pakettiauton alustoihin perustuvat ambulanssit. Osa-alueeseen 2, Kokoluokka B kuuluvat pienemmät ambulanssit ja johtoautot, jotka perustuvat alle 5,5 metriä pitkiin ja ilman peilejä alle 2 metriä leveisiin pakettiauton alustoihin. Ambulanssin alustoja tulee olla saatavilla vähintään kahdella kattokorkeudella. Johtoautojen tulee olla puolikorkealla katolla varustettuja. Lisäksi optiona kysytään molempiin autoihin täysikorkeaa kattokorotusta.

In the context of this procurement, an RN sensor includes the sensor unit, associated electronics, power interfaces, data acquisition and processing components, and any required firmware/software necessary for its intended operational use. The RN sensors shall be suitable for professional operational use and capable of supporting RN monitoring, survey, detection, identification or reconnaissance tasks under varying environmental and operational conditions. The tenderer shall deliver fully integrated and operational UGV and RN sensor combinations, demonstrated as functional systems prior to acceptance. The tenderer shall be fully responsible for ensuring the mechanical, electrical and functional integration of all platform and RN sensor components offered under the same Lot, regardless of whether these components are supplied by the tenderer or by subcontractors or consortium partners. Helsingin kaupungin liikenneliikelaitos HKL is procuring new metro trainsets, other deliverables and services as specified in this Invitation to participate and its annexes for the metro system in the city of Helsinki and the city of Espoo. The target of this procurement is to procure new metro trainsets, to be called M400 Trainsets, which are attractive for the people of Helsinki and Espoo, have high availability and are well adapted for the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The procured Trainsets will: • replace the existing old fleets of M100 and M200 metro trainsets from the 70s, 80s and 90s, and • provide new metro Trainsets for enhanced operations, and • be compatible with the new signalling system The scope of procurement includes the following deliverables: • M400 Trainsets Maximum 58 Trainsets where of o 19-23 M400 Trainsets in the Initial Purchase Order, and o optional deliveries of M400 Trainsets up to maximum total of 58 M400 Trainsets • Spares • Supplier services • Training • Documentation • Special tools • Virtual and physical mock-up(s) • IT system simulator(s) • Wayside IT system • Maintenance option • Technical options for the Trainset The scope of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in Annex 1 "Description of the procurement".
Tarjouskilpailun avulla tilaaja perustaa puitejärjestelyn, johon valitaan enintään neljä toimijaa. Puitejärjestelyn sisällä hankitaan valaistus-, tietoliikenne-, liikennevalo- ja sähköjärjestelmien rakentamispalveluja tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Puitejärjestelyn aikaista toimintaa on kuvattu sopimusluonnoksella. Kyseessä erillinen urakkahankinta, johon valitaan kokonaistaloudellisesti hinta-laatusuhteen edullisimman tarjouksen jättänyt tarjoaja tarjouspyynnössä esitetyin perustein. Urakan kohteena on valaistussaneerausurakka, joka on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnöllä ja sen liitteenä olevissa suunnitelma-asiakirjoissa sekä muissa urakka-asiakirjoissa. Kaikkien urakkasopimuksen mukaisten töiden tulee olla täysin valmiina, kartoitettuna sekä digitoituina viimeistään 31.08.2026 mennessä. Kts. välitavoitteet tarkemmin Urakkaohjelmasta. Kyseessä erillinen urakkahankinta, johon valitaan kokonaistaloudellisesti hinta-laatusuhteen edullisimman tarjouksen jättänyt tarjoaja tarjouspyynnössä esitetyin perustein.
