De Aanbestedende dienst nodigt u hierbij uit om u in te schrijven op de aanbesteding voor het verrichten van onderhoud aan, het verzorgen van opleidingen voor en het op afroep leveren van reservedelen, componenten, gereedschappen en meetapparatuur ten behoeve van motorfietsen van het merk KTM , die sinds medio 2020 in bezit zijn van het ministerie van Defensie. Defensie beschikt op dit moment over 110 (honderd en tien) stuks van deze motorfietsen. Aangezien het huidige contract volledig is benut en geen resterende financiële waarde meer vertegenwoordigt, beoogt Defensie een overeenkomst met een opdrachtnemer aan te gaan teneinde de logistieke instandhouding van deze motorfietsen te continueren. De beoogde start van de overeenkomst is 15 september 2026. Op het moment van schrijven is de verwachting dat de motorfietsen van het merk KTM nog maximaal 4 (vier) jaar na ondertekening van de overeenkomst in gebruik blijven. Het aantal te onderhouden motorfietsen kan gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst echter afnemen. De hierbij gebruikte procedure is de openbare procedure uit de Aanbestedingswet 2012. De procedure verloopt volledig elektronisch via het online aanbestedingsplatform Mercell.

De opdracht betreft het leveren van LED-armaturen voor de openbare verlichting binnen de gemeente Leidschendam-Voorburg. De armaturen worden ingezet voor de vervanging, vernieuwing en verduurzaming van het bestaande verlichtingsareaal. Per perceel wordt hiervoor één leverancier gecontracteerd via een raamovereenkomst. De geraamde waarde van deze Opdracht bedraagt naar verwachting 5.500 armaturen, verdeeld over drie percelen en een waarde in €900.000 exclusief BTW over de gehele contractperiode van 4 jaar.

Bus Éireann/Irish Bus proposes establishing a Vehicle Spare Parts Qualification panels of potential suppliers which will be maintained for a period of eight (8) years from the date of establishment for their fleet of Buses and Coaches, unless terminated earlier by the Contracting Authority. The Qualification Panels will be established in respect to different parts categories as set out below. Applicants may apply for one or more Panels. When determining which companies will be invited to tender, only those with a turnover of twice the annual value of the contract will be invited. Applicants who have been deemed suitably qualified may be invited to submit a formal tender for the requirements that arise during the Qualification Panel term. This Notice does not prevent the Contracting Authority from issuing other contract notices for specific requirements from time to time, including procurements outside the Qualification Panel for requirements falling within the scope of the Qualification Panel. After the initial advertisement, the panel must be advertised annually for the duration of the panel (8 years) to continually inform the market place of its existence. Economic Operators can apply to qualify on to the panel, throughout the duration of the panel. Economic Operators who are already qualified to the panel can also amend their application at any interval should their financial or technical capacity or capability change.
