The objective of this framework is to provide Councils with a mechanism to procure the supply and fitment of Tyres for an extensive range of light, commercial and heavy vehicles, grounds maintenance equipment and plant.

Seat Refresh Project

Caledonian Sleeper Limited (CSL) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of replacement seat upholstery fabric for passenger seating, including armrest fabric installed within the Caledonian Sleeper fleet. The objective is to replace the existing seat upholstery fabric whilst maintaining compliance with current railway fire safety, smoke emission and passenger seating standards applicable to Operational Category 3 sleeper vehicles.

Hand Hygiene Associated Products and Services

The Framework Agreement is for the supply of hand hygiene products used for the cleansing, disinfection and care of both patient’s and clinician’s hands throughout the NHS including but not limited to Acute (Theatres, Wards, Depts, etc), Community, Ambulance and Mental Health Trusts. Products include, but are not limited to: Hand Wash / Soap Alcohol and Non‑Alcohol Based Hand Disinfectants Moisturisers Repair, Rehydration and Protection Hand Creams and Emollients Antiseptic Hand Wipes Universal Dispenser The universal offering will include the provision of a universal dispenser together with appropriately sized refill products that are compatible with the dispenser. Products will be supplied in a range of formats, including dispenser refills, free‑standing units and personal‑use items. Supply routes include stocked and e‑direct. The Framework Agreement will be established between NHS Supply Chain and one or more appointed suppliers. The Framework will be available for use by NHS trusts, other NHS bodies, and other eligible public sector and healthcare organisations in the United Kingdom. The Framework is being established as an Open Framework in accordance with section 49 of the Procurement Act 2023. The Open Framework scheme will operate for a maximum period of eight (8) years. The initial Framework is expected to be awarded for a period of three (3) years, with an estimated value of approximately £36,000,000 excluding VAT. The Authority may re‑open the Open Framework and award one or more successive Frameworks on substantially the same terms during the Open Framework period, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and the tender documentation. The aggregate estimated total value of contracts awarded across the full eight‑year Open Framework period is approximately £150,100,000 excluding VAT. The final Framework awarded under the Open Framework scheme will expire at the end of the eight‑year period. No guarantee of volume or value is given.

T26-096ENV Supply and Delivery of Dual Operator High-Pressure Hot-Water Trailer Washer Unit

Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the provision of: 1 no. new, dual operator, high-pressure, hot-water trailer washer unit in accordance with the requirements set out in this specification. The successful Contractor shall supply, deliver, commission, provide operator and technical training and maintain the equipment as detailed herein. The unit shall be a professional-grade, enclosed trailer-mounted, dual operator, high-pressure, hot-water washer system suitable for continuous operational use with a working time of 5-8 hours and shall meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined below. Equipment to be delivered to specification, fully fuelled, Pre-Delivery Inspected and with a complete set of replacement Original Equipment filters. Final acceptance shall be based on an inspection carried out by Derry City and Strabane District Council Fleet Manager or designate. Failure to comply with all aspects of specification may result in refusal.

NHS24 Workforce Management Solution

NHS 24 is seeking to establish a single-supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of a cloud-based Workforce Management (WFM) Software-as-a-Service solution and associated implementation, integration, data migration, training, support, maintenance and related professional services. The Framework will support replacement of NHS 24’s existing WFM solution and will be available for use by NHS 24 and the Scottish Ambulance Service as named participating authorities. NHS 24 is the intended initial call-off customer. The Scottish Ambulance Service is included on a non-commitment basis and may, at its discretion, enter into a call-off contract during the term of the Framework. The solution must support 24/7 workforce planning and operational management, including forecasting, scheduling, rostering, leave management, reporting, integration with relevant operational and business systems, mobile/self-service access, security, data protection, service management and ongoing support.

Framework for Bus Shelters and Associated Parts

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking to procure a Framework for Bus Shelters and Associated Parts. The Authority is currently responsible for approximately 515 bus shelters located throughout the County Borough. The Authority anticipates that it will purchase approximately 10 bus shelters during the 2026/27 financial year. Suppliers will need to be able to confirm that they can do this prior to End of March 2027. Further purchases of approximately 10 bus shelters per year in future financial years will also be required. For the avoidance of doubt, this figure is an estimate only and requirements are both grant funding dependent and demand led. The Authority does not guarantee to purchase any quantities of components or works. Further to this, the Authority will likely require associated parts and equipment to ensure the upkeep of the Bus Shelters throughout their life. It is envisaged that parts will be purchased where appropriate from the original supplier throughout the lifetime of the shelter to ensure that they are maintained in accordance with the original product. Generic items may be purchased from the original supplier or elsewhere as the Authority deems appropriate. This procurement process is being undertaken in accordance with the Open Procedure as set out within The Procurement Act 2023. The Authority intends to establish a Framework for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further period of up to twenty-four (24) months. The Authority will appoint up to three (3) Contractors to this Framework Agreement. P-3462 Revenue Generating Sale of Buses and Coaches

Translink seek to sell end-of-service vehicles and associated parts to suitable suppliers. Translink is establishing a Dynamic Market (DM) to create a select list of pre-approved suppliers that will be invited to bid via mini competitions to purchase batches of surplus vehicles and associated parts, including buses, coaches, and spare parts for vehicles from Translink.

S-Stock Passenger Seat Upgrade

TfL are procuring the design, manufacture and supply of circa 61,140 seats for the 'S-Stock' trains. The S-Stock fleet of trains comprises of the following lines on London Underground: - Metropolitan Line; - District Line; - Hammersmith and City Line; and - Circle Line. This contract for an estimated duration of 3 years with an option to extend for up to 24 months. In total there is a nominal 193 trains consisting of two variants, 'S8' (59 trains circa 360 seats each) and 'S7' (133 trains circa 304 seats each).

The opportunity is for a modern SaaS-based Asset Management System to replace the end-of-life XV Plus platform used by Super Tram. The AMS will initially serve the Supertram light-rail network, operated on the Authority's behalf by South Yorkshire Future Trams Limited (SYFTL), and is procured as a single, modular platform able to extend to SYMCA Facilities Management, Bus and Corporate asset management through phased licence drawdown. The estimated value of the contract, including any extension periods is up to £5,249,000 at list rates. This maximum contract value has been calculated based on initial user requirements for Tramway licensing, core implementation, secondary development and annual support over the term. Additional costs have then been estimated for further licenses and configuration as other SYMCA services are onboarded.
