Met deze aanbesteding wil opdrachtgever met één (1) contractant tot een raamovereenkomst komen voor het leveren en vervangen van ongeveer 10.000 paaltoparmaturen en 7.000 kofferarmaturen. Aanleiding hiervoor is dat een aanzienlijk deel van de openbare verlichting van de gemeente in de periode t/m 2030 grootschalig wordt vervangen of opgewaardeerd. Dit betekent het vervangen van bestaande armaturen door nieuwe led-armaturen. Dit zal worden vertaald in projecten die worden uitgevoerd op basis van deze raamovereenkomst. Met deze aanbesteding wil opdrachtgever met één (1) contractant tot een raamovereenkomst komen voor het leveren en vervangen van ongeveer 10.000 paaltoparmaturen en 7.000 kofferarmaturen. De geraamde waarde van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt op basis van regulier beschikbaar budget en historische gegevens van opdrachtgever ongeveer € 2.950.000,00 excl. btw, per jaar. Bij een looptijd van de raamovereenkomst van vier (4) jaar en zes (6) maanden komt dit neer op € 13.500.000,00 excl. btw. Hieraan kunnen inschrijvers geen rechten ontlenen.
Predmetom zákazky je zhotovenie stavby „KE, Modernizácia električkových tratí MET v meste Košice, 2. etapa, UČS 16“ ako je bližšie definované v podmienkach zmluvy a jej prílohách. Predmet zákazky je členený na jednotlivé stavebné objekty (SO) a prevádzkové súbory (PS) v súlade s projektovou dokumentáciou, ktorá tvorí prílohu zmluvy o dielo. Podrobné vymedzenie, rozsah a technické riešenie jednotlivých stavebných objektov a prevádzkových súborov je uvedené v projektovej dokumentácii a ostatných podkladoch verejného obstarávateľa (ďalej len „predmet zákazky“). Výsledkom Verejného obstarávania bude Zmluva o dielo uzatvorená podľa ustanovení § 536 a nasl. zákona č. 513/1991 Zb., Obchodný zákonník v platnom znení, medzi úspešným uchádzačom (zhotoviteľom) a Verejným obstarávateľom (objednávateľom) (ďalej len „Zmluva“). Obsah Zmluvy bude zodpovedať podmienkam stanoveným v súťažných podkladoch a ponuke úspešného uchádzača. Podrobný opis predmetu zákazky vrátane požiadaviek na realizáciu diela je uvedený v návrhu Zmluvy o dielo a v jej prílohách. Lehota realizácie predmetu zákazky je 395 kalendárnych dní odo dňa začatia prác, pričom začatie prác bude stanovené v súlade s podmienkami Zmluvy o dielo. Miesto uskutočnenia predmetu zákazky: mesto Košice, Slovenská republika, konkrétne stavenisko vymedzené projektovou dokumentáciou a podkladmi verejného obstarávateľa. Procedura Aperta, per la conclusione di un Accordo Quadro con più operatori economici per la fornitura di spazzatrici stradali con capacità nominale di 4 metri cubi dotata di agevolatore idrico allo spazzamento, comprensiva del servizio di manutenzione Full Service per un periodo di 60 mesi.
Le présent accord-cadre porte sur : La fourniture de véhicules massifs qui ont pour fonction de combattre rapidement les incendies d’aéronefs sur l’aire de mouvement aéroportuaire et jusqu'à une distance de 8 km à l’extérieur de l’aéroport. Le prix du camion avitailleur devra également comprendre une garantie pour une durée de cinq (5) ans, plus amplement détaillée à l’article 3.10. La formation du personnel (voir article 4.5.) ; o Cette formation devra être donnée en français au moment de la livraison du véhicule. o La formation du personnel selon les modalités détaillées à l’article 4.5. Une maintenance de cinq (5) ans sur chaque véhicule objet du présent marché (voir article 4.4.). Les véhicules doivent être maniables, fonctionnels, faciles à mettre en œuvre et permettre d’effectuer leurs tâches dans les meilleurs délais et en toute sécurité. Le moteur sera du type Diesel avec une compatibilité totale avec les carburants renouvelable (Bio Carburant HVO 100 à 100%) répondant à la norme EN15940 avec des émissions CO2 considérablement réduites. Les véhicules proposés ne devront en aucun cas être des prototypes ou des véhicules d’occasion. Il n’y aura pas de remise en concurrence pour chaque marché issu de l’accord-cadre, un seul adjudicataire étant désigné au terme de la procédure de marché public. Chaque livraison dans le cadre des marchés subséquents fera l’objet d’un bon de commande officiel émis par l’entité adjudicatrice. Le délai de livraison sera de maximum 15 mois. La première commande portera sur l’achat de 3 véhicules.
"Contract concerning Full-Service Aircraft Charter for State" er en aftale om flytransport for personer i den danske regering med op til 480 flyvetimer pr. år. Tre fly er eksklusivt dedikeret denne kontrakt og er underlagt et beredskabskrav på 24 timer. Kontrakten stiller krav om at flyene er dansk indregistreret, og at flyvningerne varetages af danske statsborgere. Kontrakten har en løbetid på 8 år, men kontrakten kan, via optioner, forlænges til i alt 10 år. Kontrakten indeholder også en option på at tilkøbe op til 100 ekstra flyvetimer.

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 2.d) del Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, de 4 de febrero, el contrato tiene por objeto el suministro de autobuses para la prestación del servicio de transporte urbano de viajeros formando parte de la flota de autobuses de EMTSAM, según las condiciones establecidas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Dicho suministro se hace del todo necesario para ofrecer una prestación adecuada en la ciudad de Málaga del servicio de transporte urbano que ofrece EMTSAM en virtud del encargo conferido en régimen de gestión directa por el Ayuntamiento de Málaga. Las especificaciones técnicas de los bienes quedan descritas de forma expresa en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas Particulares. El suministro incluye el transporte y distribución de los bienes, objeto de esta contratación, de conformidad con los destinos que se especifican en el correspondiente Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. Los vehículos objeto del contrato, son autobuses urbanos de piso bajo tipo estándar diésel híbridos, con tres puertas, de doce metros de longitud aproximada. Con una potencia aproximada de 221 kW. (Aprox. 300 cv). Adaptados para su utilización por personas de movilidad reducida, con doble sistema de rampa (automática y manual) en la puerta central, así como espacio en la plataforma central para al menos una silla de ruedas. Dotados con dispositivo de arrodillamiento a su lado derecho si fuese necesario por su altura. Los detalles y condiciones técnicas de los mismos se especifican en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas. El contrato no se divide en lotes de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 52.3 del Real Decreto-ley 3/2020, de 4 de febrero, al concurrir motivos válidos que justifican la contratación unitaria del suministro.
