Predmetom zákazky je zhotovenie stavby „KE, Modernizácia električkových tratí MET v meste Košice, 2. etapa, UČS 16“ ako je bližšie definované v podmienkach zmluvy a jej prílohách. Predmet zákazky je členený na jednotlivé stavebné objekty (SO) a prevádzkové súbory (PS) v súlade s projektovou dokumentáciou, ktorá tvorí prílohu zmluvy o dielo. Podrobné vymedzenie, rozsah a technické riešenie jednotlivých stavebných objektov a prevádzkových súborov je uvedené v projektovej dokumentácii a ostatných podkladoch verejného obstarávateľa (ďalej len „predmet zákazky“). Výsledkom Verejného obstarávania bude Zmluva o dielo uzatvorená podľa ustanovení § 536 a nasl. zákona č. 513/1991 Zb., Obchodný zákonník v platnom znení, medzi úspešným uchádzačom (zhotoviteľom) a Verejným obstarávateľom (objednávateľom) (ďalej len „Zmluva“). Obsah Zmluvy bude zodpovedať podmienkam stanoveným v súťažných podkladoch a ponuke úspešného uchádzača. Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка и гаранционно обслужване на 1 (един) брой гранично-полицейски патрулен кораб, с включени дейности, осъществявани поетапно, както следва: проектиране и одобрение на технически проект, строителство на кораба, заводски изпитания и обучение, доставка на корабно оборудване и системи, приемни изпитания, обучение на персонала на Възложителя. LOTTO 1 CIG B9843A787B Il valore globale stimato del lotto 1 è pari ad € 40.586.218,70 al netto di Iva, costituito dalla somma delle seguenti voci: a) importo a base gara, pari a € 29.673.145,00 al netto di Iva, di cui oneri per la sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso pari ad € 0,00. b) importo della materia prima il cui valore pari a € 4.148.703,92, è calcolato prendendo a riferimento la quotazione espressa in euro/kg relativa al 10/12/2025, nelle modalità indicate all’art. 7 dello schema di contratto; c) importo stimato opzionale per variazione fino a concorrenza del quinto dell’importo del contratto (come da art. 25 comma 2 bis dello schema di contratto), calcolato sulla somma degli importi di cui alle lettere a) e b) e pari a € 6.764.369,78 al netto di Iva. Predmetom zákazky je vyrobenie, dodanie a schválenie na prevádzku 30 ks nových nízkopodlažných jednosmerných električiek s dĺžkou do 32,5 m pre rozchod 1000 mm, s kapacitou aspoň 240 cestujúcich pri 5 os. /m2, s podielom nízkej podlahy aspoň 85 %.
Deze opdracht heeft als doel het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor de levering, plaatsing, onderhoud en herstelling van ondergrondse en bovengrondse afvalsystemen en de levering en onderhoud van de volledige IT infrastructuur (hardware en software) om de volledige opdracht maximaal digitaal te ondersteunen. Deze opdracht omvat de levering en de plaatsing van nieuwe en het verbouwen van bestaande ondergrondse (bestaand ondergronds afvalsysteem op een bestaande betonput) en bovengrondse afvalsystemen. Ook omvat deze opdracht het onderhoud en de herstelling van ondergrondse en bovengrondse afvalsystemen. De opdrachtnemer voorziet een IT-toepassing, en onderhoudt deze ook, waarin de status van alle afvalsystemen bijgehouden wordt, voor de toegangscontrole en toegangsbeheer van het afvalsysteem en voor het bijhouden van de saldo’s (kredieten (opgeladen saldo’s) van de burgers voor de betaling voor het gebruik van de afvalsystemen). Voor dit laatste is er een koppeling met het opvolgsysteem van de aanbestedende overheid. De IT-toepassing laat ook toe om alle incidenten te melden en op te volgen en (de status van) interventies op te volgen (via tickets en statussen van deze tickets). De aanbestedende overheid gebruikt enkel 3-haak pickup-containers, waarvan een deel uitgerust moet worden met een weegunit. Deze opdracht omvat ook een test (beperkte aankoophoeveelheid en onderhoud) van een ondergronds perssysteem. Om te voldoen aan het comfort van de burgers zal er ook een klein aantal bovengrondse containers met 3-haak worden aangekocht om te gebruiken wanneer de ondergrondse afvalsystemen niet beschikbaar zijn.
