Модернизацията на железопътната линия в отсечката Видин - Срацимир включва проектиране и строителство (инженеринг), със следните основни дейности: Етап I - Проектиране: - Изготвяне на Инвестиционен проект, във фаза Работен проект, включително и изпълнение на авторски надзор, разработен на базата на всички части на Техническия проект на Възложителя; - Изготвяне на Технически и Работен проект, ПУП (при необходимост), включително и изпълнение на авторски надзор, за временни сигнализация и телекомуникации; - Изготвяне на Технически и Работни проекти за Виадукти на км 133+687 и км 135+012.50, включително и изпълнение на авторски надзор. Етап II - Строителство: - Изграждане на ново долно и горно строене на железен път, включително и изграждане на нови съоръжения – тунел (вкл. нетягово електрозахранване, радио комуникация за службите за спешно реагиране и вентилация) – 2 975 м, мостове – 4 бр., виадукти - 4 бр., водостоци – 28 бр., прокари – 2 бр., пешеходен подлез – 1 бр. и други. Общата дължина на трасето е приблизително 20 км, вкл. и една гара с основни изисквания към него: Проектна скорост на железен път 160 км/h за пътнически и 120 км/h за товарни влакове; Строителен габарит 1СМ-2 и габарит на натоварване GC; Тип на релсите 60Е1. - Изграждане на пътна инфраструктура, включително временни пътища за достъп до строителната площадка; - Укрепване на свлачища; - Изграждане на нова водоотводна система (канавки, дренажи и др.) за целия участък; - Строителство на нови пешеходни подлези/надлези и пътни подлези/надлези, недопускащи пресичане на железопътната линия в участъка на едно ниво; - Изграждане на нова контактна система за железопътния участък; - Рехабилитация на Дежурен пункт; - Изграждане на временно електрозахранване (при необходимост); - Изграждане на нова тръбна канална мрежа за нуждите на системите за сигнализация, телекомуникации и енергетика – за цялото трасе; - Изграждане на временна сигнализация; - Изграждане на временни телекомуникации; - Всички пресичания на железопътната инфраструктура със съоръжения на други технически инфраструктури се обследват и при отклонение от нормативните изисквания се реконструират – 64 бр.; - Строителство на шумозащитни съоръжения и/или предпазни огради в урбанизирани територии; Дейности по информация и публичност; Демонтажни работи на отпадналата съществуваща инфраструктура и възстановяване на нарушените терени – приблизително 29 км; Въвеждане в експлоатация – по реда на Наредба № 2/2003 год. на МРРБ и Наредба № 57/2004 год. на МТИТС. Посочените количества са ориентировъчни и подлежат на промяна в зависимост от изготвените от Изпълнителя проектни разработки (Технически и Работни проекти). Обектът е първа категория съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 1, буква „а“ от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и чл. 3 от Наредба №1 от 30.07.2003 г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. The target of this procurement is to procure new metro trainsets, to be called M400 Trainsets, which are attractive for the people of Helsinki and Espoo, have high availability and are well adapted for the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Bus Éireann intends to procure low emission coaches and schools buses, and where possible zero-emission coaches with low environmental impact in compliance with the latest EURO VI Regulation. The vehicles will comply, as appropriate, with the EPA’s guidelines on road transport vehicles and the European Communities (Clean and Energy Efficient Road Transport Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 2021. To be considered for inclusion on a Qualification Panel(s), applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) providing relevant details in relation to the criteria set out below for assessment. It is envisaged that this qualification system will be used to either purchase and or lease during the five-year term of the Qualification System. Economic operators apply once to qualify onto the panel by providing details of their financial and technical capacity against predefined published Selection Criteria within a PQQ. The Qualification Panel for the Purchase and or Lease of Buses and Coaches will be broken down in to sub categories called Lot 1 – Purchase of Buses and Coaches, and Lot 2 – Lease of Buses and Coaches. Economic operators can apply for the Lot(s) that best reflect their commercial operations. Economic operators must complete a PQQ for the Lot(s) that they wish to qualify to. Only economic operators who satisfy the selection criteria of each individual Lot will qualify on to that Lot.
