YPO is inviting tenders for the provision, long‑term hire, short‑term hire, management, and full service support of a modern Material Handling Equipment (MHE) fleet for its main distribution site and secondary warehouse. The contract will replace the existing fleet with safer, more efficient, and energy‑saving equipment aligned with YPO's sustainability objectives. The Contract will be divided into two Lots, with one Supplier appointed to each. Lot 1 covers the warehouse fleet, comprising 9 Reach Trucks, 3 Counterbalance Trucks, 8 LLOPs, and 12 PPTs. Lot 2 covers vehicle‑mounted delivery equipment, consisting of 4 PPT units. The successful Supplier(s) will be responsible for the supply, hire, and ongoing management of a fully supported MHE fleet. This contract includes the provision of all required equipment, servicing, parts, labour, technical support, compliance certification, and associated systems necessary to ensure the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to YPO's operations. For Lot 1, the contract requires a real‑time fleet management system that provides live performance data, event alerts, and automated reporting to support maintenance planning and fault diagnosis. The system must offer full fleet visibility to enable proactive maintenance, minimise downtime, and improve operational efficiency. The aim is to cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s need for complete oil absorption systems, including the accompanying hydraulic power unit (HPU). This includes the delivery of systems that are developed for effective handling of modern bunker oils, in line with experiences from iMAROS projects and international trade forums. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is concerned with high functionality, flexibility and operational security. Irado is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van de openbare ruimte. Voor deze werkzaamheden zijn diverse machines benodigd, waaronder multifunctionele werktuigdragers met onkruidborstelarm die kunnen worden ingezet voor het verwijderen van onkruid en het uitvoeren van schoonmaak- en veegwerkzaamheden. De huidige werktuigdragers zijn inmiddels volledig afgeschreven en bevinden zich aan het einde van hun technische levensduur. Dit leidt tot meer storingen, hogere onderhoudskosten en een afname van de inzetbaarheid. Hierdoor komt de continuïteit en betrouwbaarheid van de werkzaamheden onder druk te staan. Daarnaast is het werkgebied van Irado vergroot, waardoor er extra capaciteit nodig is om de onderhoudswerkzaamheden in de openbare ruimte effectief te kunnen uitvoeren. De bestaande vloot is hiervoor onvoldoende toereikend. Om de kwaliteit, veiligheid en bedrijfszekerheid van de uitvoering te waarborgen, is het noodzakelijk om de huidige werktuigdragers te vervangen en de vloot uit te breiden. De doelstelling van Irado is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één leverancier, met een initiële looptijd van één maal vier jaar. Binnen de scope van deze Europese aanbesteding vallen: Levering multifunctionele werktuigdrager inclusief onkruidborstelarm; Optioneel all-in onderhoud, service en keuringcontract gedurende de geoffreerde garantieperiode. Versneld: deze procedure wordt versneld uitgevoerd aangezien er op korte termijn uitbreiding nodig is. Eerder is een aanbesteding uitgevoerd, maar deze moest worden teruggetrokken waardoor de planning nu extra strak is.

1. Background and purpose The project includes completion of ongoing construction work on county road 60 between Blindheim and Flisnes, after the former contractor has gone bankrupt. The aim of the project is to complete planned traffic safety measures and ensure that the facility is completed in accordance with the approved plans and technical requirements. County road 60 is an important main thoroughfare in the area, both as a local access road and as a thoroughfare to the ferry route Magerholm–Sykkylven. The framework agreement shall apply to the road lights that the municipalities in the Østre Agder cooperation are responsible for running. A tender shall be submitted that covers the entire extent of all the municipalities. A contract will be signed separately for each municipality. It is important for the municipalities to have an overview of the street lights, and therefore the tenderer ́s system is required to upload the information on street lights to NVDB.
