The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the Norwegian Defence ́s need for chemicals for the maintenance and repair of aircraft, including aircrafts and helicopters in peace, stand-by situations, armed conflict, crisis and war. The aircraft shall also be interpreted as including missiles. The framework agreement shall ensure access to products used for maintenance and repairs, in accordance with the requirements of military airworthiness regulation. See part II General Contract Terms, Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form and Product Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. The estimated value of the framework agreement is NOK 50-75 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement. The estimate is made based on historical figures and/or expected future use according to the contracting authority ́s best judgement. The forecast documentation is uncertain due to large product breadth, phasing out/phasing in air systems and a lack of history for new platforms. Furthermore, global development, political guidelines, stand-by and changes in the composition of aircraft at the contracting authority can lead to changes in future consumption. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 95 million excluding VAT over the maximum duration of the framework agreement.

Rammeaftalen omfatter værkstedsarbejder i form af mekanikerarbejder, herunder bugsering, vejhjælp, reparation, serviceeftersyn m.v. Ordregivers vognpark er udspecificeret i bilag 2, hvor det ligeledes fremgår, hvilke køretøjer fra vognparken, der skal foretages serviceeftersyn på.Der stilles krav om, at der maksimal må være 30 minutters kørsel mellem værksted og Ordregivers adresse. Frederiksberg Gartner- og Vejservice (FGV) skal forestå tømning af vejbrønde i kommunen, og skal i den forbindelse anskaffe en eldrevet spule/kloakbil til løsning af opgaven. FGV forventer at bruge udstyret til tømning af vejbrønde samt spuling af mindre kloakledninger, rensning af springvand og vandbassiner. Forventningen er ligeledes at den skal indgå i vintervagt og derfor skal opbyg-ningen være med kroghejs, således at der kan bruges flaklad, eksempelvis til saltspreder samt kørsel med 5 meter containere, dog med udskydelig bagkofanger således at der køres med 6 meter kasser. Udbuddet vedrører anskaffelse af en komplet eldrevet lastbil med spule/kloakanlæg på flaklad (som samlet køretøj også benævnt eldrevet slamsuger). Udover selve køretøjet indgås der samtidig en 8 årig aftale om service og vedligeholdelse.
The competition is for the delivery of different hook trucks and trailers. One diesel hook vehicle shall be procured as a wagon train with trailers. The electric vehicles are included as options. There is a need for service contracts, offers on workshop hours outside of the guarantee, as well as a substitute. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and board approvals for the companies. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, c.f. the Procurement Act § 7 and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement as the procurement is a procurement, cf. the apprentice regulations § 4.
