Formålet med kontrakten er at sikre at kommunens enheder, kan indkøbe kaffe samt relaterede produkter, herunder komplementære og supplerende varer, samt køb og leje af kaffemaskiner inkl. serviceaftale. I den forbindelse få udført løbende service af kommunens kaffemaskiner hos Leverandøren fra kontraktstart. Produkter og ydelser, der skal leveres i kontraktperioden, er nærmere beskrevet i det samlede udbudsmateriale, herunder, men ikke begrænset til kravspecifikation og tilbudsblanket. Leverandøren er fra kontraktstart forpligtet til at udføre service af kommunens kaffemaskiner samt levere produkterne, der bestilles af kommunens enheder. Leverandøren er forpligtet til at deltage i implementeringen af kontrakten. Det betyder blandt andet, at Leverandøren skal opsættes i kommunens E-handelssystem, samt at Leverandøren skal foretage eventuelt nødvendige justeringer af kommunens eksisterende kaffemaskiner.

Der Auftraggeber hat einen Bedarf an der Beschaffung von zehn (10) neuen Elektrobussen, davon drei (3) Solobusse als Festbestellung und bis zu sieben (7) weiteren optionalen Bussen, davon bis zu fünf (5) Solobusse und bis zu zwei (2) Gelenkbusse (Option). Hierfür liegt dem Auftraggeber ein Fördermittelbescheid vor. Allerdings fehlen für 2028 noch Gremienbeschlüsse. Die Fahrzeuge der Festbestellung müssen spätestens bis Ende August 2027 vertraglich abgenommen sein. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, über die bereits bewilligte Zuwendung hinaus für bis zu vier (4) weitere optionale Elektrobusse, davon bis zu zwei (2) Solobusse und bis zu zwei (2) Gelenkbusse (strategische Option) Fördermittel zu beantragen, um für das Lieferjahr 2029 weitere Fahrzeuge bestellen zu können.
