The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) wishes to hire two combined purse/trawl vessels for comprehensive annual amounts estimation of mackerel, blue whiting and Norwegian spring-spawning herring in the Norwegian Sea and adjoining sea and coastal areas in the period 2027–2028. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. Signing of a contract over a period of two years means that the shipowner is obliged to provide the vessel for this expedition in the stated period and at the relevant time. The annual expeditions shall take place for approx. 28 days per vessel within the period from 28 June to 10 August.
The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) would like to hire a combined ringnot/trawl vessel for estimation of Norwegian spring herring under the spawning ladder in the period 2027-2028. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. The annual expedition shall take place for approx. 16 days within the period 10 - 28 February, but with the right to an extension or shortening for up to 2 days. The vessel must have at least 15 tons quota of Norwegian spring herring.
Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, shall procure 3 tractors for use in Marka. A fixed service contract will also be signed for five years, with an option for a 5 year service agreement (1+1+1+1+1 year). One large and one medium sized tractor shall be procured for use in Nordmarka and a medium sized tractor for use in Østmarka. Separate contracts will be signed for each of the three parts (sub-contracts). The contracting authority is free to award the sub-contracts to the same or to different tenderers. Norsk rikskringkasting AS (hereafter called NRK) wishes to enter into a contract for the procurement (financed via financial leasing) of 4 lorries for semi-trailers. The lorries shall be used for transporting NRK ́s semi-trailers for mobile production units as well as a following semi-trailer with camera equipment etc. for them. NRK currently has two such sets of mobile production units, OB24 and HD2, as well as trailers for them, COUNTY ROAD 24 and COUNTY ROAD 2. The need for lorries is therefore 4 in total. NRK ́s use of lorries for this purpose involves a relatively small annual driving distance compared with traditional use of such vehicles for transport purposes.

The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for the purchase of traffic registration equipment for motor vehicles at fixed stations. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for collecting road traffic data (further called traffic data) on most european and all national roads in Norway. Nye veier, the counties and municipalities are responsible for collecting traffic data for the other roads. Traffic data will be used, among other things, for traffic management, operation and planning of roads. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has developed a separate system called the 'Traffic Data System' for the collection, processing and publication of traffic data. Depending on the type of traffic registration equipment (desktop or mobile), data is collected in different ways. Data loggers that are at fixed stations with continuous registration, are connected directly to the traffic data system in a closed network. The communication between the data loggers and the traffic data system takes place over OPCUA. Data from stationary continual stations is retrieved with just a few seconds delay.
The contracting authority shall procure a new refuse collection vehicle that shall be used for the collection of household waste in Finnmark. The procurement is for one combined contract for two operational boats built on a joint, modular platform with approximately identical catamaran pythons and. The boats shall replace scrapped material and shall be used for varied operational assignments, care and skerry service. The two boats shall be delivered with different propulsion systems: * Operational boat 1: Electrical propulsion system (based on Hovedøya). * Operational vessel 2: Petrol driven propulsion system (based at Håøya). The operational assignments require robust boats that can be stranded and added in shallow waters as well as in narrow and narrow bays.
