The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency received a question on Thursday 23 April regarding Pre-Qualification requirement 4 (QR4) related to this Pre-Qualification. The question was: The wording in QR4 implies that manufacturers of STUAS for purposes similar to those described in the system description will automatically be rejected if they do not have experience producing VTOL UAS. Is this understood correctly? There are UAS systems that are highly relevant for use with CRDCO although they are not necessarily VTOL. Following a review, the NDMA has concluded that this requirement could unintentionally create an unnecessary restriction on potential suppliers at this stage of the procurement process. In light of this we are cancelling this Pre-Qualification We will review and amend our requirements and ensure that all potential suppliers that meet our amended requirements can take part in this procurement process. We will re-publish the competition as soon as we have amended the qualification requirements. The traffic signalling system is a part of the physical transport infrastructure, which is defined as critical infrastructure for maintaining the society ́s basic functions. In order to strengthen security, improve traceability and make access management more efficient, we want to replace the traditional key systems to modern electronic lock systems. The Traffic Management Section in the Agency for Urban Environment (BYM) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of traffic signalling systems, as well as automatic barriers and bollards on municipal roads. We currently have approx. 320 installations in operation, as well as 30 installations connected to automatic barriers and bollards. The Agency for Urban Environment plans to implement a procurement in the form of a framework agreement for the delivery and implementation of an electronic lock system for these installations. The Norwegian Coastal Administration intends to enter into a contract with SPX for the delivery of light sources for sector lights. The Norwegian Coastal Administration currently administers approx. 1,800 sector lights along the Norwegian coast. In the coming years there will be a need for continual maintenance of these sector lights, as well as some new procurements of complete sector lights in connection with the alteration of the site manager.

In advance of the procurement of Single Seat Life Raft the Norwegian Defence Material Agency (NDMA) wishes to obtain information from the market regarding suitable solutions for aircrew operating maritime helicopter platforms, primarily the MH-60R Sea biodiesel. The purpose of this Market Survey (RFI) is to support NDMA in assessing available technologies and operational suitability for potential future procurement. The exact configuration of the solution is not yet defined, and NDMA seeks market input on suitable concepts, including form, function, and integration with personal equipment.
