Team administration building invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement and delivery of electric passenger cars for use in Sarpsborg municipality ́s home care service. The contract is for the procurement and delivery of 20 new electric passenger cars. The contract shall also include an option for the procurement of a further up to 20 electric passenger cars on the same terms. The option can be exercised within 12 months calculated from the date the contract is signed and it is unilateral for the contracting authority.
This procurement covers the design, construction and delivery of two identical training vessels, with an option for two additional vessels (1+1) , to the Norwegian Armed Forces. The vessels shall be used for education and training in military practical navigation, in order to ensure that the required competence of future navigators in the Royal Norwegian Navy is maintained and further developed. The training concept is based on a recurring cycle of theoretical instruction, simulator training and practical navigation. The main teaching platform is the navigation system, which must be as close to identical as possible in the simulator and on board the vessels. In this context, the training vessels serve as a platform for bringing the navigation system to sea. The vessels shall be modern, reliable and representative of current standards, with primary emphasis on safe navigation, energy-efficient operation and pedagogical suitability. The vessels shall be built in accordance with civil (DNV) class. They shall be serially built, with a high degree of standardised civil components and subsystems, in order to ensure effective competition and keep operating costs at a low level. Each vessel shall have a length of less than 24 metres, be capable of achieving a minimum speed of 18 knobs, and have a total installed engine power of less than 750 kW. The vessels shall be delivered fully equipped, including navigation systems and sensors, as well as the necessary support and documentation package for operation and maintenance.
VAV needs access to sustainable bio-fuel for the agency ́s vehicles and machines in order to be operative in daily operation and in stand-by situations. The contract shall be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 16,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period, including options. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement. The specific call-offs depend on the department ́s changing need in the contract period. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contract does not carry any purchasing obligation for VAV. The procurement is for the complete delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 145 kV SF6-free gas insulated switching system (GIS) with 9 double switch lanes and a double compilation rail. to Øygarden connection station. The procurement is for BKK's bays, including Blomøy and Energiparken, as well as an option for future bays (Energiparken Nord, Energiparken Sør and 2nd "future"). Øygarden connection station is a joint station between BKK AS and Statnett SF. Haugesund municipality needs a framework agreement for contractor services in connection with sanitation projects and building and construction works. This can i.a. involve hire of site machines and equipment with crew, engineering design, excavation work, mass handling and laying pipes outdoors. Assignments that Haugesund municipality would like to have carried out can be connected to assignments within the category roads, water and sewage and/or other types of assignments. The execution of the assignment shall be able to take place anywhere in Haugesund municipality. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option to extend the framework agreement for a further one year + one year, to a total maximum of four years. The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 45 million excluding VAT. The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement (including options) is NOK 220 million excluding VAT. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for leasing drink vending machines that deliver hot drinks and water to most of our office locations and a service agreement for the operation, repairs and maintenance of the equipment. The contract also includes the procurement of associated products. The contracting authority would like to ensure that employees at the office locations have access to tasty drinks from reliable vending machines that are simple and intuitive to operate. The vending machines shall contribute to a good user experience in everyday life, with easy access to coffee and other hot drinks. The cooperation between the contracting authority and the tenderer shall be characterised by efficiency and system orientated dialogue. Enquiries and orders shall be handled smoothly, and it shall be easy for the customer to follow-up the contract, including an overview of leased vending machines, costs connected to purchases of goods and service assignments, as well as follow-up of sustainability requirements. Maintenance and dry cleaning of vending machines shall be able to be carried out easily and without significant time spent for the contracting authority ́s employees. It shall also be easy to have service and repairs carried out at all locations included in the contract. The procurement shall ensure sustainability requirements at all levels and in all links to the value chain, and contribute to the contracting authority ́s goal of responsible consumption and environmentally friendly systems.
Background The contracting authority needs to renew the vehicle fleet for personnel who work with housing inspections and sweeping. The procurement will be carried out as a result of new requirements for division into a clean and dirty zone in the vehicles. The aim is to facilitate a safer and more appropriate work day, including reducing exposure to degassing, dust and other pollution from equipment and work clothes used in the service. The vehicles shall be used in daily operative operations and must support safe transport of personnel, tools, sweeping equipment and polluted equipment. Therefore there is a need for vehicles and fittings solutions that together provide good functionality, practical access, satisfactory ergonomics and reliable handling of equipment in accordance with the business ́s needs. Description of the assignment The contracting authority shall enter into a procurement contract for the delivery of 11 goods vans in large box van execution, ready fitted out with a 3-piece system for a clean and dirty zone. The delivery shall include complete vehicles with adapted fittings and the necessary equipment for the contracting authority ́s use. The budget limit for the procurement is estimated to be between NOK 6,300,000 excluding VAT and NOK 7,800,000 excluding VAT, depending on the sale of existing vehicles. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the scope of the procurement within the framework of the procurement regulations, i.a. due to changed needs, unit prices (reduced number of vehicles), financial framework terms or organisational conditions. Reservations related to the price, including currency reservations, shall be clearly and unambiguously stated and priced. Conditions that are not priced or that lead to uncertainty in the evaluation can lead to rejection, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 24-8. Vehicles with characteristics are requested that make them suitable for daily service use, including good capacity, sufficient payload with full furnishing and accessibility suitable for varied operational conditions. The furnishing system shall be functional for handling and separating clean and polluted equipment, and at the same time support safe and ergonomical use in the everyday work. The procurement also includes fixtures that provide appropriate storage and practical access to equipment and work material. Statnett SF intends to enter into a BIMCO Shipman 2024 agreement with a duration of 3 years + 1+1+1+1+1 year option for extension. MS Elektron is only used for the transport of transformers from Rotterdam, and around Norway.
The University of Inland Norway (INN) wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier of profile and gift items. Profil- og gift articles deal with products with the University ́s logo on, for example, textiles for everyday use, giveaways, trade fair and stands articles, as well as gift items in different price classes. Troms County invites relevant tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with a planned procurement of maritime navigation simulators for Nord-Troms sixth form college, skjervøy school place and Senja sixth form college, department Gibostad. The objective of the dialogue is to gain better insight into the market ́s solution alternatives, technical feasibility and possibilities for a general, integrated system with eight student stations and one instructor module per school place. Troms County has prepared a draft of the tender documentation, which we would like tenderers to review. In particular we would like answers to the questions that are formulated under the question tab in Hyyr. Tenderers are invited to share experiences, present relevant concepts and give input that can contribute to an appropriate and competitive design of the procurement. Contract 2015 is a turnkey contract for the engineering design services for and the construction of two helicopter platforms with the accompanying technical installations and walkways up to the lift/stairway. The platforms shall be located on the roof of the new treatment building J (floor 13) and will be used by the air ambulance and rescue service for emergency transport to the newRikshospitalet. In November 2025, the contracting authority carried out a round of hearings in the market to uncover which tenderers had the opportunity to deliver to the various areas in the county, after which bakehuset Nord-Norway was the only supplier who stated to be able to deliver to all areas. The competition was decided divided into four limited geographical areas; Tromsø and the surrounding area, Nord-Troms, Midt-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area, in order to facilitate participation from smaller local tenderers. More stringent requirements were made to use e-commerce and assortment for the areas North Troms, Mid-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area, compared to the tromsø and surrounding parts of the contract - where it was known that the market was more mature for stricter requirements. The competition was held as an open tender contest in March 2026. Bakehuset Nord-Norway was then the only person who submitted tender offers on the sub-contracts Nord-Troms, Midt-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area, but was rejected as a result of errors in the tender documents. Sub-contract Tromsø and the surrounding area was awarded to another tenderer. In subsequent dialogue, Bakehuset Nord-Norway AS has confirmed that they fulfil all requirements in the requirement specifications and that they can deliver on all the remaining sub-contracts. Based on the hearing replies and the result of previously completed competition, the contracting authority assumes that Bakehuset Nord-Norway AS is the only supplier in the market. The contracting authority has therefore decided to combine Nord-Troms, Midt-Troms and Harstad and the surrounding area under a joint sub-contract and intends to enter into a contract with Bakehuset Nord-Norway AS.
