The purpose of this tender is to establish a Framework Agreement between the Client and 1 Contractor for the on-demand rental and supply of reliable and safe vehicles suitable for the (extreme) weather conditions in Norway. The vehicles must sufficiently meet the specific requirements regarding grip, stability, and performance at low temperatures.
The Contracting Authority will enter into an agreement for the procurement and maintenance of Automated Border Control: e-Gates (the Solution). The contract value is approximately 4-5 million Euro, including the purchase, maintenance and options for the Solution. If the Solution offered has a long warranty and thereby a high life expectancy, the value of the contract may expand proportionally. There may also be a greater need for the procured products than the given estimate due to unforeseen events or changes in the Contracting Authority's needs. This may increase the scope of the procurement up to a total value of 10 million Euro during the span of the agreement, excluding VAT.
