The framework agreement shall cover a broad spectrum of products and services related to asphalting. The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) hereby invites suppliers to pre qualification for the procurement of lightweight all terrain vehicles for military use in both winter and summer conditions, including snowmobiles and 6x6 ATVs. The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior pre qualification of candidates. A non exclusive framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier, with an initial term of three years and an option for an additional four years, for a total potential duration of seven years. The estimated contract value is NOK 385 million, with an overall ceiling of NOK 710 million. The agreement covers the complete scope of supply and is not divided into lots. The procedure is organised as a two stage process, where this pre qualification constitutes stage 1. The aim is to cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s need for complete oil absorption systems, including the accompanying hydraulic power unit (HPU). This includes the delivery of systems that are developed for effective handling of modern bunker oils, in line with experiences from iMAROS projects and international trade forums. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is concerned with high functionality, flexibility and operational security. The quality of the systems will be assessed based on the tenderers ́ description of the systems as well as their documented performance and suitability for the relevant uses. Qualification phase - Component maintenance Bell 412 Component maintenance shall be procured for Bell 412. The document "Annex 5A - Parts List" states which components shall be maintained. NVE has constructed a fangvoll in Olderdalen in Kåfjord municipality. Fangvollen is 205 meters long, with height from 11-14 meters and was completed in 2019. Fangvollen's leside has suffered damage as a result of surface slippage. A slope foot shall be constructed of crushed rock, with a ditch leading away surface water, the foot of the filling functions as an access road throughout the construction period. The need for procurements is estimated: 6,400 tonnes (4,000m³) 0-300 mm crushed rock. 750 tons (500m³) 20-120 mm crushed rock.
