The agreement shall be used by small units in the municipality, for example, nurseries, schools and other departments. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 - delivery of food products to the municipality's entities This sub-competition is for the procurement of food products that shall be delivered to the municipality ́s entities, for example, nurseries, schools and other departments. In this sub-competition, employees may also shop directly at the store as needed, for example if the unit runs out of some items before the next planned delivery, or an unforeseen need occurs. The delivery points are given in Annex 4 - Delivery Points. Some of the units require weekly delivery, whilst others have more occasional needs. Some units must also be able to deliver several times a week. This sub-competition is for procurements where employees in the municipality shop directly in-store. Tenderers must have a physical sales place/grocery shop in Midt-Telemark municipality. Tenders can be submitted for one or both sub-competitions. Each sub competition will be assessed separately. If a tenderer would like to submit tenders for both lots, the tenderer must submit tenders for both lots in Artifik. This means that all documents and forms that shall be completed must be submitted for each sub-competition. It is not enough to submit a tender in one sub-competition and write that the tender shall also apply for the second sub-competition.
