MIB intends to procure a suitable fire and rescue boat under 8 metres. The vessel ́s intentions and primary assignments are fire and rescue assignments, sea rescue and pollution incidents. It shall be suitable for rescuing at sea. It shall be able to be used in efforts against fires on, or close to the sea, and it shall also be equipped to be used in operations with severe pollution to sea, towing and anchoring vessels, including towing of lense material.

1. Background and purpose The project includes completion of ongoing construction work on county road 60 between Blindheim and Flisnes, after the former contractor has gone bankrupt. The aim of the project is to complete planned traffic safety measures and ensure that the facility is completed in accordance with the approved plans and technical requirements. County road 60 is an important main thoroughfare in the area, both as a local access road and as a thoroughfare to the ferry route Magerholm–Sykkylven. The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) hereby invites suppliers to pre qualification for the procurement of lightweight all terrain vehicles for military use in both winter and summer conditions, including snowmobiles and 6x6 ATVs. A non exclusive framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier, with an initial term of three years and an option for an additional four years, for a total potential duration of seven years. The aim is to cover the Norwegian Coastal Administration ́s need for complete oil absorption systems, including the accompanying hydraulic power unit (HPU). This includes the delivery of systems that are developed for effective handling of modern bunker oils, in line with experiences from iMAROS projects and international trade forums. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is concerned with high functionality, flexibility and operational security. The quality of the systems will be assessed based on the tenderers ́ description of the systems as well as their documented performance and suitability for the relevant uses.
