Norway – Tractors – Procurement of 3 tractors for use in Marka

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, shall procure 3 tractors for use in Marka. A fixed service contract will also be signed for five years, with an option for a 5 year service agreement (1+1+1+1+1 year). One large and one medium sized tractor shall be procured for use in Nordmarka and a medium sized tractor for use in Østmarka. Separate contracts will be signed for each of the three parts (sub-contracts). The contracting authority is free to award the sub-contracts to the same or to different tenderers. The duration of the service agreement runs from the date of the approved delivery and hand over of the tractors. This medium sized tractor shall be used in Nordmarka. It should be as small and flexible as possible at the same time as it has good power to perform heavy tasks. The estimated operating time is approx. 800 hours per annum. The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) wishes to hire two combined purse/trawl vessels for comprehensive annual amounts estimation of mackerel, blue whiting and Norwegian spring-spawning herring in the Norwegian Sea and adjoining sea and coastal areas in the period 2027–2028. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. Signing of a contract over a period of two years means that the shipowner is obliged to provide the vessel for this expedition in the stated period and at the relevant time. The annual expeditions shall take place for approx. 28 days per vessel within the period from 28 June to 10 August.

Norway – Firefighting vehicles – Procurement of three crew vehicles

This procurement is for 3 crew vehicles with fire pumps and a water tank. The vehicles shall be the same and shall be delivered in accordance with the current regulations and follow the NS11060-2019 unless otherwise specified in this description. The three vehicles shall be used by MIB as operative crew vehicles on stand-by. The vehicles shall be able to transport crew and necessary input equipment to events in MIB ́s area of responsibility, and at the same time support efforts with an integrated water tank and fire pump (including foam system) as part of the vehicle ́s extinguishing system. The vehicles shall be dimensioned and designed for emergency use, with a double cabin (up to five persons) and systems that ensure safe placement of equipment and a proper working environment. Delivery of two vehicles is wanted at the latest by the end of 2027. The third vehicle is wanted delivered early in 2028. This is due to budget allocations.
