Lyse Lux AS shall enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of street lighting control cabinet. The delivery includes street lighting control cabinet in accordance with the requirement specifications, including connection of customer delivered equipment/control units, necessary documentation, engineer support in engineering design work, as well as service, alterations and maintenance as needed. The framework agreement shall cover Lyse Lux AS ́ continuous need for street lighting control cabinet in the contract period. Call-offs will occur as needed and the contracting authority is not obliged to procure a specific volume. The procurement will be carried out as an open tender contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations parts I and III.

The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) wishes to hire two combined purse/trawl vessels for comprehensive annual amounts estimation of mackerel, blue whiting and Norwegian spring-spawning herring in the Norwegian Sea and adjoining sea and coastal areas in the period 2027–2028. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. Signing of a contract over a period of two years means that the shipowner is obliged to provide the vessel for this expedition in the stated period and at the relevant time. The annual expeditions shall take place for approx. 28 days per vessel within the period from 28 June to 10 August.
The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research (the Contracting Authority) would like to hire a combined ringnot/trawl vessel for estimation of Norwegian spring herring under the spawning ladder in the period 2027-2028. The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.01.2027 until 31.12.2028. The annual expedition shall take place for approx. 16 days within the period 10 - 28 February, but with the right to an extension or shortening for up to 2 days. The vessel must have at least 15 tons quota of Norwegian spring herring.
The procurement is a part of a mobile stand-by system for district heating. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency needs to be able to connect local expansion for the district heating network if central supply is lost. This is to be thought of as mobile expansion tanks that can be connected to the network with flexible connection.

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, shall procure 3 tractors for use in Marka. A fixed service contract will also be signed for five years, with an option for a 5 year service agreement (1+1+1+1+1 year). One large and one medium sized tractor shall be procured for use in Nordmarka and a medium sized tractor for use in Østmarka. Separate contracts will be signed for each of the three parts (sub-contracts). The contracting authority is free to award the sub-contracts to the same or to different tenderers. The duration of the service agreement runs from the date of the approved delivery and hand over of the tractors. This medium sized tractor shall be used in Nordmarka. It should be as small and flexible as possible at the same time as it has good power to perform heavy tasks. The estimated operating time is approx. 800 hours per annum. Norsk rikskringkasting AS (hereafter called NRK) wishes to enter into a contract for the procurement (financed via financial leasing) of 4 lorries for semi-trailers. The lorries shall be used for transporting NRK ́s semi-trailers for mobile production units as well as a following semi-trailer with camera equipment etc. for them. NRK currently has two such sets of mobile production units, OB24 and HD2, as well as trailers for them, COUNTY ROAD 24 and COUNTY ROAD 2. The need for lorries is therefore 4 in total. NRK ́s use of lorries for this purpose involves a relatively small annual driving distance compared with traditional use of such vehicles for transport purposes.
The contracting authority would like to procure a full-covering service agreement on a full-length trackedoze. Trade-in machines are included in the trade. The dozer shall be used at Mjelstad landfill (Osterøy municipality). The delivery shall cover the need for operation in demanding environments with high machine load.
The land lines for site engineering and site machine mechanics need to procure seven wheeled loaders. They also need an option for 1 extra machine. The national lines for site engineering and site machine mechanics in co-operation with Vestland phylekskommune are responsible for the procurement, but a contract will be signed with the specified schools nationwide.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement for the purchase of traffic registration equipment for motor vehicles at fixed stations. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for collecting road traffic data (further called traffic data) on most european and all national roads in Norway. Nye veier, the counties and municipalities are responsible for collecting traffic data for the other roads. Traffic data will be used, among other things, for traffic management, operation and planning of roads. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has developed a separate system called the 'Traffic Data System' for the collection, processing and publication of traffic data. Depending on the type of traffic registration equipment (desktop or mobile), data is collected in different ways. Data loggers that are at fixed stations with continuous registration, are connected directly to the traffic data system in a closed network. The communication between the data loggers and the traffic data system takes place over OPCUA. Data from stationary continual stations is retrieved with just a few seconds delay.
Groceries for production kitchens. The food in the agreement shall be able to be ordered in large pack sizes adapted to the need for small, medium sized and large production kitchens as well. The agreement includes foodstuffs in the categories bread and bakery products, beverages, eggs, freezer products, coffee and tea, refrigerated products and dry products. The units included in the agreement are able to purchase locally produced food from Vestland County outside the agreement, provided that the goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer or from sales locations that exclusively sell locally produced food. Procurements from grocery chains or outlets with mixed product range are not included in the exception. There are separate agreements for deliveries of fresh fruit and vegetables, fish products, meat products and milk and milk products to the production kitchen, as well as food products to service places with food production and to nurseries and schools in household packages.
The contracting authority shall procure a new refuse collection vehicle that shall be used for the collection of household waste in Finnmark. The car must be adapted to temperatures down to 40 freezing temperatures. The vehicle shall have three axles in operation at the middle. It shall be equipped with a sanitation aggregate of the type side loader to the fit plastic containers in sizes from 140 litres to 360 litres.
The competition is for the delivery of different hook trucks and trailers. One diesel hook vehicle shall be procured as a wagon train with trailers. The electric vehicles are included as options. There is a need for service contracts, offers on workshop hours outside of the guarantee, as well as a substitute. Participants in the procurement: Sirkula IKS and Horizon Miljøpark IKS (Horizon IKS) The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and board approvals for the companies. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, c.f. the Procurement Act § 7 and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement as the procurement is a procurement, cf. the apprentice regulations § 4.
