Framework agreement for the delivery of food products to service locations with meals in Bergen municipality and collaboration partners. The units included in the agreement are able to purchase locally produced food from Vestland County outside the agreement, provided that the goods are purchased directly from the manufacturer or from sales locations that exclusively sell locally produced food. Procurements from grocery chains or outlets with mixed product range are not included in the exception. This is an inclusive contract with a requirement for 5 persons for work inclusion. Tromsø district shall enter into a contract for the procurement of four electric passenger cars with an option for up to one more passenger car.
The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer per part. The difference between the parts is only the geographical area that the contract applies to and that sand is only included in Part 1. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for crushed stone, gravel and rock masses in accordance with the requirement specification. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to cover the customer ́s needs at all times, in a satisfactory manner. Tenderers shall always have a sufficient storage level with crushed stone, gravel and rock masses to handle this contract. This means that the tenderer shall not run out of contract products at the tenderer ́s storage/sales place during the contract period. The range of use of the contract products is broad; roads, ditches, re-filling masses etc. There will be information on retrieval when the need arises. PURPOSE AND SCOPE The service shall cover Oslobygg ́s need for documented sustainable bio-fuel oil without palm oil, which is reported in accordance with turnover requirements through the purchase and delivery of bioflighting oil to all properties in the company's portfolio that use bio-fuel oil for heating. Oslobygg has approx. 2,800,000 m2 property and has new projects in its portfolio. The requirement specifications contain an overview of the estimated number of properties that use bio-fuel oil for heating. Our properties have approx. 50 buildings with this need. The overview is not exhaustive and it must be taken into account that there can be properties that are not in the overview. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value is based on historical data and the expected future need. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority. The expected consumption of bio-fuel oil is approx. 600,000 - 700,000 litres per annum, divided between approx. 50 properties. The expected value of the framework agreement will depend on price development in the market for bio-fuel oil, temperature conditions in the period and developments in the number of properties with bio-fuel oil as a heat source in the Contracting Authority's portfolio. There is therefore great uncertainty to the estimate.
The Contracting Authority is procuring one (1) Self-Propelled Modular Trailer (SPMT) for safe and efficient transport and transshipment of power transformers at port transshipment facilities and intermediate storage, as well as roll-on/roll-off operations via ramps to/from vessels (Ro-Ro operations with M/S Elektron). Minimum requirements include: • payload capacity ≥ 260 tonnes • axle load ≤ 27 tonnes per axle line • platform height ≤ 950 mm (lowered position) • self-propelled with integrated power pack unit (PPU) and wireless remote control • suitable for operation in maritime/coastal environments with corrosion protection The purpose is to increase Statnett’s capacity and reduce dependence on external rental for heavy lifting/moving of transformers.
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform the market and to initiate dialogue with economic operators regarding possible approaches to life-extension of the existing tram fleet. The contracting authority wishes to gain insight into technical feasibility, risks, and suitable procurement strategies before deciding on the next steps. The County Council of Trøndelag is interested in dialogue with companies that can either: perform an independent evaluation of the feasibility of extending the service life of the vehicles; and/or carry out refurbishment and life-extension work to the vehicles. Key technical areas of interest include, but are not limited to, DC electrical control systems (chopper technology) and mechanical components such as gearboxes and drivetrain elements. The County Council of Trøndelag (Trøndelag county) has initiated a project to assess the possibility of extending the service life of the trams operating on the Gråkallbanen tramway in Trondheim. The trams were manufactured by Linke-Hofmann-Busch (LHB) and delivered in the period 1984–1985. Of the eleven trams originally delivered, six vehicles remain in operation and are included in the scope of this assessment. The Gråkallbanen is operated by Boreal Bane AS, which is also the owner of the vehicles and responsible for maintenance. Boreal has carried out a technical conditioning assessment of the six operational trams and has presented a preliminary cost estimate and a risk analysis related to a potential life-extension program. The assessment indicates significant uncertainty regarding feasibility, costs, availability of spare parts, and access to specialised expertise, particularly related to legacy direct-current (DC) electrical control systems. The initial phase will consist of digital meetings with interested economic operators. The meetings will be used to present the background and challenges of the project and to collect feedback and recommendations regarding feasible technical and commercial solutions. Based on the input received during the market consultation, the project team will assess alternative approaches and decide how to proceed. This assessment will include a comparison between the life-extension of the existing vehicles and the potential procurement of new trams for Trondheim, with the objective of determining the most economically advantageous solution. This Prior Information Notice is for information and market consultation only and does not constitute a call for competition. An original technical data sheet for the LGB trams delivered to Trondheim in 1984-1985 is attached to the information notice. Feedback must be provided by August 7.th 2026.
The procurement is for a framework agreement for the delivery of helicopter services. Further information on the deliveries is in "Annex A. Work Description", and "Annex E- Operative Requirements for longline operations by helicopter". The helicopter services are requested to be carried out in 3 geographical areas; Hordaland (south of Sognefjorden), Sogn og Fjordane (north of Sognefjorden), and Møre og Romsdal. Trøndelag fylkeskommune (hereafter called the Contracting Authority or TRFK) shall procure a new energy follow-up system (EOS). The current system is Optima, owned by EG Norway and delivered by Entro AS. The annual combined energy use for the properties is in the range of 35 GWh electricity and 25 GWh thermal energy. Any measurements of street lights and or charging installations will come in addition, to the degree that these will be relevant for using this service/delivery. A well-functioning energy follow-up system is decisive for obtaining an overview and control of energy use, optimising operation and uncovering deviations, comparing status and development, as well as for exercising good energy management in the form of economic and environmental operations. Likewise, it is decisive to effectively report energy use to management at different levels in the organisation or to political leadership. Equivalently, it is desirable that EOS shall contribute to an overview of the use of water on the property, waste and any manual reporting of passenger transport. As Trøndelag county is already reporting through, among other things, Miljøfyrtårn and performs complete environmental reporting, it is requested that the new product has options as described in:Automatic report energy use in each building/facility, with an option for manual input where automatic meters are missing. Automatically report water consumption in each building/facility, with an option for manual input where automatic meters are missing. Automatically report waste amounts by type/fraction, with an option for manual entry where automatic meters are missing. Show climate gas emissions in CO2 equivalents connected to the operation of each building and for the entity in total. As far as possible report passenger transport to and from each unit and entity together. Where possible it is possible to integrate with the Contracting Authority's tool for property management and be able to read/write with this system. Where possible, the Contracting Authority can extract data from EOS to its own time series server in order to use data learning/artificial intelligence on the data basis.
