The traffic signalling system is a part of the physical transport infrastructure, which is defined as critical infrastructure for maintaining the society ́s basic functions. In order to strengthen security, improve traceability and make access management more efficient, we want to replace the traditional key systems to modern electronic lock systems. The Traffic Management Section in the Agency for Urban Environment (BYM) is responsible for the operation and maintenance of traffic signalling systems, as well as automatic barriers and bollards on municipal roads. We currently have approx. 320 installations in operation, as well as 30 installations connected to automatic barriers and bollards. The Agency for Urban Environment plans to implement a procurement in the form of a framework agreement for the delivery and implementation of an electronic lock system for these installations. The objective of the market survey is to obtain information on available systems and possibilities in the market as a basis for further design of the competition. We would like feedback from the supplier market to be able to have the correct requirements in the procurement and contract. The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDM) shall enter into a new framework agreement/framework agreements for the delivery of red and white meat to the Norwegian Armed Forces. NDM would like, before the procurement process, to invite written feedback from the supplier market on general questions about the market and supplier, as well as a draft of parts of the tender documentation. NDM requests that tenderers give their input at the latest by Friday 15.5.2026, 15:00. Input will be sent to NDM via the communication module. PURPOSE AND SCOPE The service shall cover Oslobygg ́s need for documented sustainable bio-fuel oil without palm oil, which is reported in accordance with turnover requirements through the purchase and delivery of bioflighting oil to all properties in the company's portfolio that use bio-fuel oil for heating. Oslobygg has approx. 2,800,000 m2 property and has new projects in its portfolio. The requirement specifications contain an overview of the estimated number of properties that use bio-fuel oil for heating. Our properties have approx. 50 buildings with this need. The overview is not exhaustive and it must be taken into account that there can be properties that are not in the overview. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimated value is based on historical data and the expected future need. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority. The expected consumption of bio-fuel oil is approx. 600,000 - 700,000 litres per annum, divided between approx. 50 properties. The expected value of the framework agreement will depend on price development in the market for bio-fuel oil, temperature conditions in the period and developments in the number of properties with bio-fuel oil as a heat source in the Contracting Authority's portfolio. There is therefore great uncertainty to the estimate.
VOIS invites the supplier market to a market dialogue in connection with the planned procurement of a framework agreement for the delivery and installation of solar panel installations. The objective of the dialogue is to gain better insight into the market ́s systems, technology development and relevant requirements connected to climate and the environment, quality and cost efficiency. Input from the tenderers will contribute to designing a tender documentation that facilitates good, future orientated and competitive systems.
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform the market and to initiate dialogue with economic operators regarding possible approaches to life-extension of the existing tram fleet. The contracting authority wishes to gain insight into technical feasibility, risks, and suitable procurement strategies before deciding on the next steps. The County Council of Trøndelag is interested in dialogue with companies that can either: perform an independent evaluation of the feasibility of extending the service life of the vehicles; and/or carry out refurbishment and life-extension work to the vehicles. Key technical areas of interest include, but are not limited to, DC electrical control systems (chopper technology) and mechanical components such as gearboxes and drivetrain elements. The County Council of Trøndelag (Trøndelag county) has initiated a project to assess the possibility of extending the service life of the trams operating on the Gråkallbanen tramway in Trondheim. The trams were manufactured by Linke-Hofmann-Busch (LHB) and delivered in the period 1984–1985. Of the eleven trams originally delivered, six vehicles remain in operation and are included in the scope of this assessment. The Gråkallbanen is operated by Boreal Bane AS, which is also the owner of the vehicles and responsible for maintenance. Boreal has carried out a technical conditioning assessment of the six operational trams and has presented a preliminary cost estimate and a risk analysis related to a potential life-extension program. The assessment indicates significant uncertainty regarding feasibility, costs, availability of spare parts, and access to specialised expertise, particularly related to legacy direct-current (DC) electrical control systems. The initial phase will consist of digital meetings with interested economic operators. The meetings will be used to present the background and challenges of the project and to collect feedback and recommendations regarding feasible technical and commercial solutions. Based on the input received during the market consultation, the project team will assess alternative approaches and decide how to proceed. This assessment will include a comparison between the life-extension of the existing vehicles and the potential procurement of new trams for Trondheim, with the objective of determining the most economically advantageous solution. This Prior Information Notice is for information and market consultation only and does not constitute a call for competition. An original technical data sheet for the LGB trams delivered to Trondheim in 1984-1985 is attached to the information notice. Feedback must be provided by August 7.th 2026.

Justervesenet needs a standard that will enable the calibration of gas flow meters in hydrogen refuelling stations (HRSs). The entire standard is termed HDFTS (Heavy-Duty Field Test Standard). It is a mobile standard that can be lifted onto a car trailer and driven to a HRS for testing. The standard consists of two parts: (1) a pair of Coriolis flow metres operating in parallel and (2) a tank system. Part 1 is termed CMU (Coriolis Measurement Unit) and 2 is HST (Hydrogen Storage Tanks). The operating pressure range must be at least from 0 to 900 barg and the rig must be designed to measure flow rates at least from 0.075 to 18 kg/min at ambient temperatures (15-25°C).
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the procurement of goods vans with a supplier during the framework agreement period. The Hydrological Department operates a national measurement station network and does a lot of water flow measurements nationwide. The vehicles will therefore also be used for some long-distance driving, and good comfort is therefore also important. The vehicles shall be used in NVE ́s field activities. First and foremost for use on normal roads, but in some cases on some bad gravel and mountain roads. The vehicles will be equipped with fittings and drawer shelving and some equipment is needed. The vehicles therefore need a relatively high available load capacity and payload, and practically satisfactory range. The scope of the procurement is estimated to have a value of approx. NOK 8,000,000 for the contracting authority ́s total consumption of the contracts ́ products during the contract period. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 10,000,000.

The difference between the parts is only the geographical area that the contract applies to and that sand is only included in Part 1. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for crushed stone, gravel and rock masses in accordance with the requirement specification. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer has sufficient capacity to cover the customer ́s needs at all times, in a satisfactory manner. Bærum municipality is working on a tender contest for the procurement of food articles and would like input from tenderers before the competition is announced. Input from this dialogue activity is to get the best possible knowledge about the market and the possibility room from suppliers, look at new possibilities and get good ideas. Inputs presented in this process can be used in the coming procurement. Emphasis is put on the fact that input given in the dialogue process is exempt from public disclosure and will be treated confidentially.
Ringerike municipality invites tenderers to a competition for road and winter maintenance season 2026/27. Winter maintenance shall be carried out on parts of area 46 in down town Hønefoss. The estimated value of the contract is difficult to estimate, as the work shall be carried out as needed. The contractor follows the municipality ́s snow clearing instructions, which are attached, in order to know when the work is expected to be carried out. The contract must be seen in connection with the other snow clearing areas that Ringerike municipality has. This is why the contract is being announced as part III procurement.
The delivery shall cover Gjøvik municipality ́s need for electric town cycles. The accompanying spare parts and accessories shall be included as a part of the delivery.
Framework agreement for inspections, service and maintenance of fire alarms, emergency lights and speech warning systems from the system supplier Autronica at properties in and around Oslo.
Avinor intends to enter into a contract with an electricity manager to optimise the portfolio management of electricity to Avinor AS and Avinor Flysikring AS. Tenderers shall handle electricity procurements on spot via Nord Pool. Financial price hedges will be handled by Avinor ́s finance department. The contract is for consultancy and analysis services for price prognoses, reporting, invoicing and web based systems. The estimated annual consumption of electricity is approx. 223 GWh.
