A supply arrangement is not a contract for the provision of the goods and services described in it and neither party is legally bound as a result of signing a supply arrangement alone. Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody na průběžné dodávky činidla na redukci NOx plynů, které se užívá při selektivní katalytické redukci (SCR) v motorových vozidlech s dieselovým motorem (dále jen také „AdBlue“ nebo také „zboží“) a jeho dopravu a stáčení do nádrží na čerpacích stanicích (dále jen také „ČS“) a dalších zadavatelem určených míst na území České republiky a to vše dle podmínek uvedených v této zadávací dokumentaci a jejích nedílných součástech.
Předmětem VZ je dodávka tepelné energie pro vytápění a ohřev vody v areálu zadavatele, a to na dobu určitou v délce trvání pěti (5) let ode dne podpisu smlouvy, a to v odhadovaném objemu cca 49.000 GJ/rok. Dodávka tepelné energie pro vytápění a ohřev teplé vody bude vybraným dodavatelem zajištěna prostřednictvím hlavního zdroje tepelné energie, který musí být nezávislý na níže uvedeném záložním zdroji tepelné energie. Hlavní zdroj tepelné energie – výměníková stanice - je v současné době zajištěn společností Pražská teplárenská, a.s., a je připojen na stávající distribuční síť patřící této společnosti. Výměníková stanice není ve vlastnictví Zadavatele. Záložním zdrojem tepelné energie pro vytápění a ohřev teplé vody, který bude po dobu realizace Zakázky využíván pouze v režimu záložního zdroje tepelné energie, který i v případě tzv. blackoutu musí zajistit dodávku tepelné energie pro celý areál Zadavatele, je plynová kotelna o celkovém tepelném příkonu 9,04 MW, umístěná v areálu Zadavatele. Zadavatel prohlašuje, že je příslušný k hospodaření s majetkem státu, jímž je budova kotelny bez č.p. a technologické a technické zařízení plynové teplovodní kotelny umístěné v budově kotelny. Dodávka tepelné energie musí splňovat veškeré legislativní a ekologické požadavky dané příslušnými zákony a vyhláškami. Vzhledem ke strategickému významu areálu Zadavatele je podmínkou zajištění dodávky tepelné energie prostřednictvím dvou (2) nezávislých zdrojů, přičemž plynová kotelna uvedená v odstavci 1.1 výše bude sloužit výhradně jako záložní zdroj. Účastník ve své nabídce doloží schopnost zajistit v reálném čase dodávku tepelné energie z dalšího zdroje, který bude sloužit jako hlavní zdroj tepelné energie s tím, že zdrojem energie pro tento hlavní zdroj nebude zemní plyn. V případě nedodržení této podmínky Zadavatele bude nabídka účastníka vyřazena a účastník bude vyloučen z účasti v Zadávacím řízení. Dodávky tepelné energie musí být zajištěny v plném rozsahu v souladu s obecně závaznými právními předpisy a technickými normami. Požadované parametry dodávky tepelné energie: Médium: teplá voda upravená dle ČSN 077401 Teplota na přívodu: zima 95⁰ C, léto 85⁰ C Teplota vratné vody: zima 75⁰ C, léto 65⁰ C Minimální diferenční tlak: 100 kPa Předávací místo pro fakturační měření topné vody: Fakturační měřič tepla pro areál Zadavatele, tj. sídlo Zadavatele, je v místě napojení do areálového rozvodu, umístěného v plynové kotelně Zadavatele. Podružné měření v objektech není Zadavatelem požadováno. Podmínky a požadavky provozu: Zadavatel požaduje uskutečnit dodávku tepelné energie do předávacího místa; Zadavatel požaduje zajistit dodávku tepelné energie nepřetržitě celoročně. Další podmínkou realizace Zakázky je uzavření smlouvy o pronájmu záložního zdroje, který je ve vlastnictví Zadavatele, tj. plynové kotelny specifikované výše, a to za nájemné ve výši 1,207.711,38 Kč bez DPH za jeden (1) rok doby nájmu s tím, že nájemní smlouva bude uzavřena na celou dobu trvání smlouvy o dodávkách tepelné energie (tj. na dobu pěti (5) let ode dne 23. 9. 2026). Pronajaté zařízení bude dodavatel udržovat dle platných norem a předpisů pro provoz plynových kotelen s příslušnými platnými revizemi v souladu s nájemní smlouvou.
