MEDITE SMARTPLY invites suitably qualified and licensed electricity suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of renewable electricity supply options. Suppliers must be appropriately licensed and capable of delivering renewable electricity in accordance with the requirements set out in the following sections of this document, together with the data provided electronically alongside this document. Suppliers are requested to submit their tenders on the following basis: Medite Smartply electricity usage data Basis of tendering Details of the tender requirements specific to electricity supply are detailed in Appendix 3 page 27. Future volume projections: Requirement for Suppliers to provide volume variances on a non penal basis. Medite Smartply request that Suppliers responding to this tender provide adequate facilities for variation of volumes by Medite Smartply, on a non‐penal basis, between now and the period of supply, accepting that Medite Smartply do not expect Suppliers to carry any volume risk as a result of this flexibility. Addition of sites to supply contracts Suppliers are asked to indicate their willingness to include additional sites or changes to existing site supply arrangements within the contract period, subject to adequate notice being provided by Medite Smartply to allow the Supplier to source additional capacity and or have any physical alterations to supply points as may be necessary. Payment terms Suppliers are requested to submit details of their payment terms with their tender. In addition, Suppliers should outline any additional discount available to Medite Smartply for payment by direct debit. Data management and General Customer support services Suppliers should provide details of any on line data service provided and any other support service provided or value added service that it proposes to supply. Suppliers should also clearly illustrate any Key Performance Measures that they expect to comply with, particularly around invoice issue, data provision, report provision, etc.

The Universitys Building and Estates Department is responsible for the maintenance and management of all physical infrastructure on the 371 acres of grounds and property upon which the University campus is situated. To assist in this effort, facilities and grounds services are managed by external contractors on behalf of the department. In each case, the contractor shall be required to carry out installation, reinstatement and repair of Campus landscape hard works. Tipperary County Council Clonmel Flood Defence Demountable Barrier Seal Replacement. The scope of this contract includes the replacement of demountable barrier seals and other associated works. Tipperary County Council, River Suir (Clonmel) Drainage Scheme, Replacement of Demountable Barrier Seals. In order to address long-term issues of flooding in Clonmel, the Office of Public Works (OPW) commissioned a study of the catchment area to develop sustainable options to address flood risk in the town and the surrounding areas. The overall flood defence scheme comprised of: • 3.8 km of flood walls • 3.5 km of embankments • 850 m of demountable defences • 5.9km of storm water sewers • 12 pumping stations • 2 fish passes • the replacement of three bridges • strengthening / widening of a further two Bridges. Work on the scheme was completed in 2013. As part of the construction of the flood defence scheme, there are a number of locations where demountable barriers are installed that are deployed during flood events. There are visible signs of these seals reaching the end of their operational life. The scope of this contract includes the replacement of demountable barrier seals and other associated works.

The successful Tenderer (hereinafter referred to as "the Supplier") shall be required to supply the full range of parenteral nutrition products and services as specified herein, which can include but not be limited to: - Standard hospital-specific parenteral nutrition regimens in ready-to-use multi-chamber bags. - Patient-specific (bespoke) parenteral nutrition formulations compounded to individual prescriptions. - Home parenteral nutrition products and associated services. - Basic training, update and customer and clinical support services. The above items constitute the minimum required supply and service over the course of this Agreement.
